Teachers and Education Professionals
(Current
offers: between UK and Ghana)
Introduction
African
Education International (AEI) exists
to support the educational achievements
of Africans, and in particular to
promote international links and exchanges.
AEI is an establishment of the Institute
for Community and Development Studies,
a private sector educational support
institution.
We
are inviting UK-based teachers and
education professionals to apply to
do voluntary teaching and/or educational
guidance in private-sector schools
in Ghana.
The
exercise is guided by a sketch,
of which African Education International
has a copyright.
As
a result of the struggling public
economy, the private-sector schools
provide a significant proportion of
quality education in Ghana. Many parents
would prefer to invest in their children's
future in private sector school education.
These schools are normally run by
entrepreneurs, taught by hard-working
teachers, and sponsored by parents
who seek a future for their children
through education.
