The host organisation was the Abundant Life For Africa (Uganda) which is registered both in Uganda and Sweden. Metropolitan Henry travelled from London whilst The Revd. Ssemakula travelled from Uganda.

Both Henry and James stayed in Vesteras (about 120 kilometers from Stockhom, and the second largest city in Sweden) during the working visit. The Abundant Life for Africa (Uganda) supported Rev. Ssemakula's costs whilst the Institute for Community and Development Studies supported Metropolitan Henry's costs.
